Con Game of Thrones, HBO ha fatto veramente un colpaccio, è sicuramente una delle serie più seguite di sempre e ha persino sbaragliato la concorrenza agli Emmy.
L’edizione 2016 dei “Creative Arts Emmys” ha visto Game of Thrones portarsi a casa ben 9 Emmy, se prima era alla pari con The West Wing e Hill Street Blues (26 Emmy), ora GoT ha 35 premi e molto probabilmente se ne porterà a casa altri alla premiazione completa del 18 settembre.
Il record di una serie “scripted” (ovvero col copione) è di Frasier, che ha 37 Emmy, ma Game of thrones ha ancora parecchie nomination e mancano ancora due stagioni alla chiusura, direi che il sorpasso è praticamente matematico.
Ecco intanto la lista degli Emmy “Creative Arts” assegnati lo scorso fine settimana a Game of Thrones, coprono praticamente ogni aspetto possibile: dagli effetti visivi al trucco, passando per colonna sonora e i costumi (quello di Cersei del finale).
